With over 40 years in education and 21 years at CNG, Dr. Habegger has worn many hats at our school: student, parent, teacher, principal, and now director! He is a multi-continent international school expert.

Lili has been at CNG for 23 years and brings significant education and experience to her role. She was a child psychologist in Spain and traveled the world as a global consultant. Both her children are CNG grads.

Ron has been an educational leader for over 20 years in North and South America. At CNG, he has served as ES Associate Principal and Principal and brings deep expertise to his newest role as Deputy Director.

Paula brings two master's degrees to her position and a deep connection to the school. She is a graduate of CNG, has worked here for 21 years, and has two children currently enrolled.

Ron will serve as Acting ES Principal for the SY2024-25 school year, continuing to lead this important division and ensuring the achievement of its strategic goals and objectives.

Billy has been at CNG for four years and is the father of two CNG students. He has also worked at international schools in China and Malaysia - as well as at schools in his home state of Texas.

Mary was an NYC teacher before moving to Venezuela to work in international education. She has since served in leadership roles in two Colombian schools. Her husband is a CNG teacher, and her daughter is a student.

Juliana has worked at CNG for more than two decades. She has one daughter at CNG and another who graduated in 2023. Most people don’t know that in addition to her vast educational background, she is also a dentist!

Vanessa has been with CNG for 16 years and has a son currently enrolled at the school and another who graduated in 2023. Originally from Colombia, she has also lived in multiple US states, as well as in Mexico.

Karla has nearly three decades with CNG, and her daughter graduated in 2017. She’s American by birth but found her “home” in Colombia many years ago. In addition to CNG, she also worked in the Chicago suburbs.

Originally from Minneapolis, Aria has been living and working in Colombia and Mexico for the past 12 years. During that time she has served in a variety of teaching and leadership roles. Aria is the mother of two new CNG students. She is thrilled to be a part of the CNG community!

Tim has been in education for over 25 years as an educator, administrator, and curriculum publisher and has worked with schools in the Americas, Europe, and Asia. After 4 years as an HS math teacher, he has joined the CNG leadership team.

Rosa has been at CNG for two years and comes to us with significant international experience. She was raised in Mexico and on the US West Coast and has also lived and worked in Spain, South Africa, and Cuba.

Astrid has been at CNG for a decade and has a son who graduated from the school. She was born and raised in Colombia and brings significant education and experience to her leadership role.

This is Monica’s third year at CNG, and she is a Colombia native. She has a deep passion for community building and storytelling, which she brings to her position and uses to support student learning.

Catalina has been at CNG since 2005 and has two children studying at the school. Prior to coming to CNG, she worked in New York and Paris and has many years of special education experience.

Valentina is a Venezuelan who has been at CNG 8 years. She is a psychologist with multiple master's degrees in special education and a global citizen. She was born in The Netherlands and has lived in Scotland, USA, France, Spain, and Colombia.

Andres has worked at CNG for 15 years and has a son in Kindergarten. He is a strong proponent of inclusive education and is the first in Colombia to be recognized by NIAAA as an International Athletic Administrator.

Marcela is an Argentine who calls Colombia home. Mother to three girls, two who are CNG grads and another in middle school, she is a globetrotter who has lived in six countries and attended nine schools abroad!OPERATIONAL ADMINISTRATION

Diana is a CNG alum who has worked here for a decade - in total, she has been part of the CNG family for nearly 25 years! Both her sons attend the school, and she has extensive marketing and fundraising experience.

Maria Paula has called CNG home for 20 years. In addition to graduating from the school, she has two children here on campus. She is not a stranger to international schools - she attended four as a child!.

Monique brings a bachelor's and a master's in finance to her important role. She is a Colombian who has worked at CNG for more than a decade. Her team led the project to build our gorgeous new Cafetorium!

Mari has been at CNG for over 30 years - as a student, parent, and employee. She studied business and has lived in the US and Spain. Her work with the our school's brand is inspired by her personal CNG Journey.

Dara has been here for two years and loves being on campus with her middle school daughter. In addition to Colombia, she has lived in Spain and Poland and has over 20 years of non-profit experience.

Luis has worked at CNG for five years and has three children at the school - including twins! His computer science credentials are impressive, and he is also a part-time professor at Universidad de los Andes.

Olga was raised in the US but has called Colombia and CNG home for over ten years. She has also worked as a teacher and a scientist, bringing important experience and expertise to her current data-focused position.

Ana Maria has been with CNG for four years and has a middle and a high schooler here on campus. She has more than 22 years of HR experience working in multiple sectors and has also lived and studied in Canada.
