Dr. Volpe brings over 20 years’ experience in international education, having served as Director, Principal, Curriculum Coordinator, Counselor, and Special Education Teacher. He has held leadership and instructional roles in the US, Ecuador, and China. He is joining CNG with his two daughters.

Lili has been at CNG for 25 years and brings significant experience to her role. She served as a Reading Specialist in the Learning Center for 12 years and also worked as a child psychologist in Spain. Both her children are CNG grads, and she will soon have a Doctorate in Character Education.

Ron has been an educational leader for over 20 years in North and South America. At CNG, he has served as ES Associate Principal and Principal and brings deep expertise to his newest role as Deputy Director.

Paula brings two master's degrees to her position and a deep connection to the school. She is a graduate of CNG, has worked here for 21 years, and has two children currently enrolled.

Travis is excited to join CNG after spending the last decade at schools in Korea and Japan. He is a proud graduate of the Univ. of Montana and has 20 years’ experience as an elementary school administrator. Along with a passion for helping kids realize their dreams, he loves history, birds, photography, and food.

This is Rosa’s fourth year at CNG. She brings significant international experience to her leadership role. She was raised on the West Coast of the US and in Mexico and has also lived and worked in Spain, South Africa, and Cuba.

Mary was an NYC teacher before moving to Venezuela to work in international education. She has since served in leadership roles in two Colombian schools. Her husband is a CNG teacher, and her daughter is a student.

With over two decades of education experience, Juli previously worked as a homeroom teacher and a math coach. She holds an Early Education Leadership certificate and is deeply connected to the CNG community professionally and personally, as her two daughters are proud CNG grads.

Originally from Illinois, Karla has nearly three decades here and considers Colombia her home. She has a master's degree in Elementary Education and a Teacher Leadership Certificate. Karla is a proud mom of a 2017 CNG graduate.

Originally from Minneapolis, Aria has been living and working in Colombia and Mexico for the past 12 years. During that time she has served in a variety of teaching and leadership roles. Aria is the mother of two new CNG students. She is thrilled to be a part of the CNG community!

Tim has been in education for over 25 years as an educator, administrator, and curriculum publisher and has worked with schools in the Americas, Europe, and Asia. After 4 years as an HS math teacher, he has joined the CNG leadership team.

Matt is in his 18th year as an educator, including prior roles in the US, Bulgaria, China, and Spain. He taught history before moving into a variety of leadership positions, most recently serving as an Associate Principal in Barcelona. He is joined by his wife, Amanda, an MS Math and Science teacher.

Astrid is in her 13th year at CNG and has a son who graduated from the school. She was born and raised in Colombia and brings significant education and experience to her leadership role.

This is Monica’s sixth year at CNG, and she is a Colombian native. She has a deep passion for community building, storytelling, and literature in Spanish, which she brings to her position and uses to support student learning.

Catalina is Colombian and has worked in several countries. She has two children at CNG and a background in psychology and advanced studies in education. She fosters inclusive practices and partners with teachers and families so every student grows with confidence and purpose.

Valentina is Venezuelan and has been at CNG for 9 years. She is a psychologist with multiple master's degrees in special education and is a global citizen. She was born in the Netherlands and has lived in Scotland, the US, France, Spain, Venezuela, and Colombia.

Andres has worked at CNG for 16 years and has a son in Primary School. He is a strong proponent of inclusive education and is the first in Colombia to be recognized by NIAAA as an International Athletic Administrator.

Marcela is an Argentine who calls the world her home. Mother to three daughters - two are CNG grads and the youngest is in High School. She is a globetrotter who has lived in six countries and attended nine schools abroad!

Diana is a CNG alum who has worked here for a decade - in total, she has been part of the CNG family for nearly 25 years! Both her sons attend the school, and she has extensive marketing and fundraising experience.

Monique brings a bachelor's and a master's in finance to her important role. She is a Colombian who has worked at CNG for more than a decade. Her team is leading the project to build our new, cutting-edge Innovation Center!

Dara has been at CNG for over three years and brings more than 25 years of non-profit experience to her role. She loves being on campus with her Middle School daughter and husband, who works in the High School. Dara has lived in the US, Spain, Poland, and Colombia.

Luis has worked at CNG for five years and has three children at the school - including twins! His computer science credentials are impressive, and he is also a part-time professor at Universidad de los Andes.

Olga was raised in the US but has called Colombia and CNG home for over ten years. She has also worked as a teacher and a scientist, bringing important experience and expertise to her current data-focused position.
