Payment, Withdrawals, & Changes


  • Once a student’s registration is submitted online, parents accept to be billed for the activity.

  • Parents of enrolled students will be invoiced with the CNG billing cycles. Payment instructions will be included.


    • If a student withdraws from an activity, a written notification to the Condor Activities Director  is required. Withdrawal requests must be sent via email to: with a full week’s notice.

    • If a registered student withdraws between January 29 thru February 11, 20% of the cost of the will be charged.

    • There will not be reimbursement for withdrawals after February 12, unless a  medical excuse issued by a physician is provided and/or a student is referred or enrolls in an academic activity recommended by the school such as: Read to Succeed, Destination Imagination, or Fast ForWord.


  • Once a child is enrolled in an activity, he/she may change to another activity. In order to change, parents must send a written request to the CNG Condor Activities Office at: with a week’s anticipation.

  • Changes will be approved depending on space availability. If there is an additional price for the new activity, parents must cover the difference. If the new activity has a lower cost, there will be no reimbursement.

Cancelled classes

  • Classes will take place as scheduled. unless a cancellation is required If a class is cancelled due to any circumstance, the Condor Activities Office will call the student’s home. Cancelled classes will not be re-scheduled.
