Our Organization
Continuous organizational improvement signifies “The CNG Way” across all academic and operational areas. From our robust Cognia accreditation process to our ISO 9001 external and internal auditing process, our annual commitment to ongoing, honest self-evaluation helps us to identify our strengths as well as expose key areas for improvement. Throughout the years, the candid and robust annual survey feedback from all of our stakeholder groups also serves a vital purpose in supporting our improvement efforts.
As part of this critical process, CNG fully recognizes that a well-articulated, clearly defined school governance model and organizational chart provide the necessary structures to formalize and embed our respective stakeholder responsibilities throughout the improvement process. By following “The CNG Way” in all areas schoolwide, our school achieved in two consecutive accreditation processes (2016 and 2021) the highest Index of Education Quality (IEQ) in Latin America.
