Meet Our Director
Dr. Frank Volpe
With more than 25 years of experience in education across three continents (South America, North America, and Asia), Dr. Frank Volpe believes deeply in lifelong learning and in helping diverse students achieve their fullest potential for excellence. His leadership is rooted in understanding each student’s unique strengths and challenges, which is informed and supported by more than a decade of experience in gifted and special education.
A champion of Universal Design for Learning, Dr. Volpe empowers teachers with expanded tools and approaches, creating school environments that meet the individual needs of every learner. By promoting a culture of collaboration and using evidence-based strategies, he ensures that every initiative—academic, operational, or community-focused—is built on leading research, grounded in best practice, and driven by a shared purpose that reflects CNG’s mission, vision, and core values.
Dr. Volpe holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Educational Psychology, as well as Master of Arts degrees in Counseling and Educational Psychology and in Multicultural Special Education. Before joining CNG, he served as the Director General of the American School of Quito, Ecuador.
