Board Governance

As a private, non-profit school, CNG is governed by an eight-member board of directors, seven of whom are democratically elected by the general assembly composed of all CNG parents who have children enrolled in the school.

The board members are elected for a two-year term, and they select the school director. The board also includes an appointed member from the U.S. Embassy.
