Principals, teachers, and administrative staff get together to have lunch at a special place to welcome the new school year.

Welcome Breakfast for New Parents
Volunteer moms from each grade bring food and drinks for an integration breakfast and give out a Basic Needs Directory in which new families can find important data like doctors, specialists and different services. PTA Executive Committee members make a brief introduction of the PTA and its main functions.

Ceremony of the Light
The Ceremony of the Light is a celebration that takes place in one of the first days of December after the school journey. All the CNG Community is invited to spend a unique time. The main purpose of the Ceremony of the Light is to highlight the spiritual part of this celebration and recover the Colombian tradition. Priests from different religions are invited to talk about the spirit of christmas, there are shows from the different CNG schools, food stands and lighting candles, wishes to the sky, and more... Don´t miss it!

Bazaar
The CNG Bazaar is a very important event for the whole community. There is a bazaar every other year, last year took place on May 5th. We are inviting everyone who owns a business, to participate as sponsor or to get a stand to sell their products or services. It is a day to spend with family and friends and enjoy different amusing activities and strenghtening our community.

Good funds are raised for the PTA to keep helping in building community and working effectively for the School. The organization of the bazaar committees is in charge of volunteer moms who are the ones to make this event possible.
