To start the Withdrawal process please contact the admissions office via one of these options:
arents/guardians of students who will be leaving CNG must provide a signed written temporary withdrawal form as soon as they know where their child has been accepted and their child’s last day of class. Print out the form found below and return it completed to the Admissions office. The Finance Committee will then approve or deny the request. Parents will be contacted by email within 30 days.
For students who will withdraw 1 year for K5 through 6th grade: Applications for temporary withdrawals must be filled out and signed by the parents and returned to the admissions office.
For students who will withdraw for 7th and 8th grade: Applications for temporary withdrawals must first involve a meeting with the Middle School Principal or Designee and the Registrar. For students who will withdraw 1 year for grades 9-11: Applications for temporary withdrawals must first involve a meeting with the child’s Associate Principal and Counselor. Please contact Andrea Posada in the HS office; 2123511 Ext.145
Contact the admissions office by email, phone, or in person to discuss the application process to the new school/schools. Please bring any recommendation forms provided by the receiving school and the name of each teacher who must fill it out. Also, make sure to talk to the teacher letting them know that you need a recommendation from them, and that it will be sent by the admissions office to fill out.
-CNG will have 10 working days to fill out any recommendations and provide transcripts.
-Please note that to be able to send/receive these documents you must be in good economic standing with CNG.
-Recommendations are CONFIDENTIAL documents and will be sent directly to the school you are applying to by email or given in a sealed envelope to ensure confidentiality.
-End of year transcripts will be provided the week after the last day of school. Please call to make sure it is ready.
-End of year transcripts will be released after all outstanding fees are paid and all library books are returned.
-After the committee approves the temporary withdrawal, parents will receive a new invoice with the 25% of the annual matricula and pension fees. This fee should be paid by the due date for the Temporary Withdrawal to be effective. The Temporary Withdrawal fee is a non-refundable fee.
-If you leave during the school year and CNG owes you money, we have 30 days to process the request and have a check in pesos in your name for you to pick up at the cashiers desk (first floor administration building).
-Please note that CNG does not bill for partial cycles. If your child attends class for at least 1 day of the cycle, the entire cycle will be billed.
All students who return to CNG must go through the admissions process and fulfill all of the admissions requirements. Please note that students GPA should be no less than a 2.5 over a 4.0 scale and must not have any behavior issues.
The full admission process includes:
- Forms and documents (see check list on web page under Admissions and International Applications – except for 2 Family References)
- An evaluation administered one on one by a specialist for K5 and first grade candidates or
- An online/written evaluation with English, Mathematics, and Español for grades 2-12.
- Student interviews, and
- Parent interviews

should plan on spending
Only complete applications will be reviewed by the Admissions Committee. As soon as a candidate has been admitted, the matriculation process should be carried out. All students must matriculate before they are allowed to attend class.
